Please read these rules ("Quiz Rules") before entering the Quiz game (“Quiz”). By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of Winimy Pte Ltd. (“Winimy”) and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. This Quiz is sponsored, conducted and made available by Winimy Pte Ltd(“We”, “our” or “us”) through Amazon.in Alexa skill store.
These Quiz Rules are in addition to the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Alexa Skills store, Amazon.in Conditions of Use, and the use of Alexa enabled devices, to which you / an eligible customer agree to by using Alexa Skills and Alexa enabled devices.
- The Quiz is open to Alexa Indian Indian customers between 23rd November 2020 to 12th December 2020 (“Quiz Period”).
- To enter the Quiz, Amazon.in Alexa India customers should use the Xiaomi skill (“Skill”) and try answering the quiz questions correctly. The quiz can be discovered through ALEXA, Alexa customers can participate in the quiz through Alexa powered devices and Alexa companion apps on mobile phones. The quiz will serve 3 new questions each day for 20 days where we will pick 3 lucky winners everyday from a list of Customers who answered all 3 questions correctly for that particular day and winners will be announced weekly on every 7th day i.e. on 29th Nov, 6th Dec & 13th Dec. Participants with the maximum number of engagements(Number of times customers answers all 3 questions correctly between the quiz period i.e. between 23rd Nov2020 - 12th Dec2020) to be considered eligible for the lucky draw of 11 prizes among which one lucky will be eligible for the grand prize which is Redmi Note 9 Pro. The final lucky draw and prizes will be administered by Sponsor and will be announced on 13th Dec2020.

Prizes are limited to ONE per Amazon.in account for the daily Quiz Winners. 71 Prizes worth 1 lakh will be given to winners during the quiz period which includes Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Earbuds 2c, Sonic Bass, Redmi Power bank 10k, Earphone Basic, Mi Truly Wireless 2, Mi Home Security Cam 360, Mi Band 4, Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker, Mi Dual Driver in-ear Earphones, Mi Power Bank 3i etc

Prizes are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. - Selection of Winners: We shall, from the list of participants who have fulfilled the conditions under Clause 2 above, randomly pick names of lucky winners through a lucky draw (“Winner(s)”) .
- Sponsor will notify the Winners and provide the prizes to the Winners. This Quiz is only available to Amazon Alexa customers (i) located in India and can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872, (ii) who have set en-IN India as their current country in their Amazon.in account settings, (iii) who have a billing address in India and (iv) who have accepted the terms and conditions that apply to your use of Amazon.in and Amazon Alexa. Customers accessing the Skill from outside India will not be eligible to participate in this Quiz.
- Sponsorer will communicate to all winners after 13th Dec 2020. If any attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the notified Winner doesn’t respond within the designated time frame, or if any required documents are not submitted within the required time frame, or if the Winner cannot be contacted, verified or found, the Winner will be disqualified from the Quiz and we will forfeit the concerned Winner’s Prize, and an alternate participant may be declared as Winner, time permitting.Winners will be announced daily in our social media platforms Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook & Website.(Winimy.AI)
- We may disqualify any entrant whose Entry sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, at any time does not comply with any requirements described in these Quiz Rules.
- Conducting this Quiz is prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu and thus, users residing in the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this Quiz.
- Employees of the Sponsor and their affiliates, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and employees of their advertising agencies and Quiz partners are not eligible to participate in this Quiz.
- By entering this Quiz, entrants are authorising the transfer of personal data for the purposes of administering the Quiz, conducting publicity about the Quiz and such additional purposes consistent with our goals or the Quiz goals. By entering the Quiz, entrants consent to our collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes and also to potentially contact entrants for marketing purposes. All information submitted in connection with this Quiz will be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of our privacy notice.
- By entering the Quiz, entrants consent to the use of their names, biographical information, Entries, images and/or likenesses in any manner and in any medium for any purpose in connection with the Quiz, including worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- All decisions of our are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified.
- No requests for transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes shall be entertained. The Prize is not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) for an item of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
- Winners will be awarded the equivalent value of coupon code of the prizes which have been won, which will be communicated through email. Where winners have to go to mi.com or MI store and place orders using the coupon code.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without prior notice, to change these Quiz Rules or cancel the Quiz at any time, or to modify, terminate, or suspend the Quiz should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Amazon’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Quiz or submission of Entries. Winimy is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of the Entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.
- We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the outcome of the Quiz, or the operation of the Quiz or website; to be acting in violation of these Quiz Rules; or to be acting in a fraudulent, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
- The Quiz is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.

(i) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control;
(ii) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries;
