Winimy’s HotelBot - an AI-powered, Voice-enabled solution is designed to meet the growing demands of the customer. It comprises of 4 cores: ‘Chatbot’, ‘In-Room Concierge’, ‘Call-Centre Automation’, and ‘HotelBot Analysis’.
Winimy’s HotelBot offers a wholesome coverage on the customer engagement front - right from ordering room service, providing basic information to troubleshooting technical problems. It can be deployed within an existing app as a chatbot or via in-room smart speakers (such as Google Home, Google Assistant, Amazon’s Alexa and Microsoft’s Cortana), and can also be deployed to automate routine tasks at call centers as well as provide smart insights to improve the accuracy of bots thereby increasing customer engagement experience
